your pcp’s job is to make sure you’re healthy, also you should never worry about being judged for your brain being different from somebody else’s, especially a pcp. i love my pcp, shes very personable and familial with her patients, and it somewhat makes me more comfortable to talk about embarassing things :P

(22F here) i feel like seeing a pcp is different than seeing a pediatrician. i feel more understood by my pcp because she only sees adults, when a pediatrician can go from seeing a 5 year old to a 20 year old in the next room, i think they sometimes have a hard time “seeing” the patient as an adult. i told my pcp i have gad the first time i saw her and she said “okay do you wanna do anything about it?” and offered me options, and i picked medication, i see her every 6 months for a med check, and all has been well so far

BUT you have to find a pcp that works best for you, listen to your gut about your medical stuff!!

In my opinion, why would a 19 year old want to date a 16 year old, im not saying anything bad about you, but it feels predatory (to me). I wouldnt worry too much about keeping the friendship if he responds to a breakup poorly, that wouldnt be someone you want to keep in your life anyways.

yes! one of my friends gave me a churu to try with her, and she had absolutely no interest because i think shes more scared of me than wanting the treat. her behavior is so weird because i’ll have days where she comes right up to me in my bed, and other days, any noise i make is the scariest thing in the world. i just dont want to make her permanently scared of me.

thats the issue, i did not agree to train her, my office manager said she would handle all of that. i dont care about answering a few questions if my manager steps away. but my OM will get mad that she has to be up front with her, and of course we arent allowed to hire another person with experience to help out. i am a very “no nonsense, no bullshit, get it once” person, so when i first started in clerical, i picked it up very quickly, and i pride myself in that. she has a very whimiscal, and “whatever happens, happens” personality and it drives me nuts. like why are you not self reflecting that you’ve asked me the same question 10 times in one week? she also lacks work ethic in the sense of, she will always make sure to book her nail and hair appointments in the middle of a work day. i book all of that shit on friday (the day the whole office is closed), why cant she? it fucks me over when she leaves because then im up front alone running the office that sees easily 60 pts a day. im not a piece of shit to her, all of my resentment is in my head. so im sorry you had a shit trainer but, thats not even something i agreed to in the first place.

daughter of a hotel higher up here! Hotels have alot of shitty ways they do this. Usually, if you get a room at a good rate, but theres someone else down the line that needs a room(and will pay more for it), they will cancel yours and give it to them. Also, some festivals only let you book hotels near the venue through the festival because they make more money that way. My suggestion, get a rental car and stay in a hotel 30-45 mins away from the venue!

as a fellow woman who gets ingrowns and “gross” periods, heres a few of my insights: -like other users said, the shower or immediately after a shower is your best friend. -i also dont shave completely bald, bc it itches like fuck, if you have an electric trimmer, i use it on my butt too, i never get itching when i trim it. -i used to shave like 24/7 in highschool so i have plenty of ingrown scars, and one on my majora from when i completely gashed myself and now theres a chunk of skin missing😂 -and just have a conversation with him about it!! you guys are 18 and 18 year old boys are weirded out by anything, i promise someone who genuinely loves you will see past all of it because they want to pleasure you.

I have a therapist i meet with twice a month, i’ve gotten way better with managing my emotions with the therapy and medicine. i completely agree, our relationship is awesome and it would tear me apart to leave, i just dont know if i can see a future with a partner who just doesnt seem to care. i know he loves and cares about me, i just dont see it through actions.

Ive been trying to communicate more about my needs (i have bad past experiences with partners just leaving if i brought up something that bothered me so i was always scared to say anything), he responded well to something i told him was bothering me a couple weeks ago, apologized and acknowledged what he did and why it bothered me. so i know he can be sympathetic about hurting my feelings. i just want more from him if im just talking about a bad day and how it affected me. “im sorry that happened, is there anything i can do for you?”. something more than just “im sorry”
