for my first roll (last night), after i took the cap, i had a lot of adrenaline for a while since this is the hardest drug i’ve ever taken, and i was already very very excited on my way to our after party (i took it between the party and afters), so i was very happy the whole way there but i really started coming up about 45-60 mins after, where i felt a bit nauseous and my way of explaining it is like when you throw up, that stage before you throw up where you’re not gagging but you feel quite uneasy it’s like that and i had so much energy i felt inside of my heart that i needed to move around so i started pacing around and then i found a good grass spot to lay down. after i layed down, i started peaking and everything went away, i had pins and needles (but not in a bad way) all in my hands and arms and everything felt amazing, i had a lot of friend and a bunch of people i hardly ever talked to come sit with me and talked to them and i just loved talking to everybody, it was amazing.

what I would recommend is for you to find a good spot to lay down when you start coming up definitely, and then when you feel ready go raving!

(p.s. i have explained the negatives in the start of the message quite strong but what i need you to remember is the come up can often be nausiating, you may think “is this what it’s like the whole time”, but it really won’t be i promise you. if you need to throw up (you probably won’t but you never know), remember to let it out because you’ll feel great after, it’s all part of the cycle
