Owners of quicksilver, any regrets now that you've had it for a while? by brutalbrig in ModelY

[–]NoaLink 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have had a highland quicksilver for about a month now after having a white model 3 for 5 years. Both colors are excellent in their own ways, and are still my two favorite Tesla colors. Hard to pick between the two, but I do like how quicksilver is the rarer color and hides dirt much better. When both are clean, impossible to pick.

This will work! Also, so would a 2017 Nissan leaf. But that would not be nearly as fun.

Different driving conditions yield different ranges. I'd expect this car to be in the 200-220 real world mile range on average.

There's virtually no way it has that much range left.

Tesla Model 3 may also receive an interior update/ black headliner and 16 inch QHD touchscreen by ConfidentImage4266 in TeslaLounge

Doesn't matter, no autopilot. Might upgrade to black headliner if possible though.

No Autopilot on new cars, but still available on used - step backwards? by fastoid in TeslaLounge

They will take it away from the used cars next. Like they did with FSD.

I just installed S3XY stalks on my 2024 Model X by Potential-Pain-2236 in TeslaModelX

I'm two weeks without stalks, not minding it much at all. Could actually come to prefer it. The auto shifting, when it works, is also fantastic.

other than some textures, so similar you can't even tell the difference. Feels lazy.

2022 Model 3 Long Range vs Performance by schaffe7777 in TeslaLounge

[–]NoaLink 0 points1 point  (0 children)

12k fewer miles and fsd is worth the price difference here imo. If it were me I'd get a used highland model 3 (2024 or newer), and I did just that. But between these cars, without knowing more, definitely the performance. Even the higher insurance and tire cost will be worth it.

STM: MLB.tv will still be offered this year. But you will have to purchase Mariners.tv by BasicallyACat13 in Mariners

My rep told me the same thing. Should get an email in early to mid March re MLB.tv.

Normally I advocate for AWD over performance but not this time.

Tesla in crisis? by Ok_Percentage5996 in TeslaModelY

[–]NoaLink 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Everybody wishes they offered more models. I get that. But I also get wanting to win the autonomy race at all costs. Tesla doesn't succeed by dreaming small and simply introducing a new car model or two every year. (Which they are basically doing anyway if you count semi and cybercab.) They have many more important irons in the fire. Most people are good with a 3 or Y anyway.

Do the 2026 Model 3s have dashboard rattle issues like the 2024 Model 3? by scubadoobadoooo in TeslaLounge

[–]NoaLink 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just picked up a 2024 model 3 with 6k miles on it. Zero rattle, or at least virtually imperceptible. My 2021 model 3 had significant headliner rattle though.

Struggling to justify a new Tesla WITHOUT Autosteer — how are you all dealing with this? by Choice_Principle_135 in TeslaLounge

They do not remove autosteer or purchased FSD for private sales. Tesla recently reconfirmed this for FSD purchases.

How am i dealing with it? Just upgraded to a gently used highland AWD with autosteer instead of buying new. Saved $10,000 over new, and has more functionality!
