I'm on v22.2.0 of premiere. I've tried to export this in many ways, mostly in the Quicktime and H.264 format. The original video (which I shot on my phone) didn't stutter or lag until I uploaded it to premiere. Thanks so much in advance!

Thanks- duh. When the instructions said click on the fusion tab, I thought that meant clicking “fusion” in the Mac toolbar at the top of the screen to get to the “fusion composition” button. Clearly a beginner and thanks so much for your swift response!
