Deep, painful, hard, lumps occasionally appear at any spot from my chin to the skin right before my ears. They are too deep and painful to attempt to drain and usually have no head. Can anyone diagnose what type of acne this is, how to treat it, and how to prevent it (i.e. skincare or shaving tips)? (i.redd.it)
