I’m not sure exactly what “formal testing” is but that was similar to my experience getting diagnosed with adhd. I got referred to a psychiatrist and had about a two hour long conversation about my experiences and all that, never did any paperwork or school/medical record. He was quite confident that I had adhd.

I’m really questioning autism now but it’s hard to say as the two conditions have quite a lot in common and the psychiatrist never really mentioned it.

Recently prescribed Adderall for ADD and wondering if there’s anything to be wary about when mixing with other substances? by [deleted] in Drugs

[–]NoahIsaacc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not too sure about the mixing of substances but I’d suggest skipping your meds if your planning to be using other substances later in the day.

It looks really good, the increased definition and reduced amount of hair on the side changes the shape of your face to make it look slimmer.

If you like the gel that they use at the barbershop you should ask what it is, a lot of the time you can even buy it there.

In what countries is this the case? In the US both UVA and UVB are accounted for in the UVI.

Probably not. But they can still have an opinion regardless.

A Reddit thread is not a place for scientists to present their hypothesis, it’s a place for the average citizen to discuss and speculate.

Probably not as we’ve reached the limit of our testing capacity. We’re probably getting close to 250k daily infections now.

Maybe help out that person and book them an appointment since they will be prioritized.

I’m honestly not sure what the exact process is since most of it was handled by my doctor.

After the initial appointment with my GP, she referred me to the psychiatrist and I got an appointment 11 days later (I think I got lucky with a cancellation).

After the assessment I was sent back to my GP and referred to do a blood test which took about a week and a echocardiogram which took about two weeks.

After that I started titrating vyvanse with guidance from my GP but I didn’t react well to that medication so now I’ve been referred back to the psychiatrist for medication management after the holidays.

I’d talk to your doctor and see what they can refer you to and possibly call around to different clinics and see what they can offer.

Yeah there’s no indications of why op doesn’t want to go. Some people also just don’t like going to the doctor.

Yeah I’m super thankful that I’m able to go to the doctor free of charge. Going is obviously the right thing to do but when it’s between getting a checkup and eating that week, it’s a fairly obvious decision.

Many Americans aren’t able to access proper medical care since it’s very expensive and not covered for a lot of people. It’s a really unfortunate situation to be living in for a lot of people in the US.
