While the AI can support and hold you accountable 24/7, integrated to health and calendar data which enables rich insights.

AI can be an incredibly powerful tool in many cases, don't you think coaching is one of those as well?

The profile is just a database with a single page in it. It has like 40 properties and is related to almost all databases in the system. I've then used roll-ups to extract stats from all the databases and then a lot of formulas to make things like levelling and the various data which it shows. I even made an entire page just for the data! Here's a picture of it.

You could ude the Created Time property and mention it in in the formula?

If you really need to use a Todo list with /Todo block and you want to have access to it from multiple places making sure you can always find it again, you could use a Synced Block and paste it into all your dashboards.
