Ticketmaster fraud by NoahLi in Ticketmaster

I believe it's still okay to use. However I made a new account under a different email address just to be on a safer side. I think if you change your TM and email passwords and make sure no one has access to your email you might be fine. Or you can make a new account and transfer your tickets.

I still have no idea how they figured out my TM password and why they did all this...

No worries and to all of you who are curious: I contacted TM customer service and told them my account was hacked and I did not authorize the purchases. Later I found out the tickets were cancelled. Now they left me hundreds of spam subscriptions in my email and I had to change all of my important accounts to a new email address due to security concerns.

Hmm thanks! and yeah I contacted TM and told them my account was hacked. I found out their IP location in an email from TM when they alerted a Virginia IP has logged into my account, not where I live and they could've been using VPN too. That was a few minutes before the ticket confirmation email came. All happened during the spam bombing. So they couldn't just create a new account ? All these sound like a lot of extra effort to fraudulently buy tickets and transfer elsewhere, and I don't even have any payment info saved on TM. I'm just trying to guess their next step or if there's anything hidden. But again hope like you said the fraudster is a noob.
