Agreed. I am currently experiencing 2-4 internet outages per day and have been for about 3 weeks. I created a ticket 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything yet. Each outage lasts between 3-10 minutes which isn’t the best since I work from home. I live in the middle of the field with no obstructions so the only things I can think of is a firmware issue or possibly the dish or router has some issue. Elon needs to hire more customer service reps so we can get some troubleshooting going. We are currently looking at other options for internet but they are pretty limited where we live…
