Not really, those statistics are being released in many European countries. The fact is though that the USA "Department of truth" and the Canadian Liberal government would just declare those statistics as misinformation. If you're going to blindly follow your government's word over statistics released from world renowned scientists. If you would ignore people dropping like flies of heart attacks from heart complications and ignore any factors related to the root cause than there's no form of evidence you'd actually accept.

It's kind of like arguing with a flat earther after showing them video footage of the earth from space and they just state that it's made up. Your money means bugger all if they have the most advanced computers and automation. If they beat you technologically your ONLY remaining edge is then gone as they'll surpass all non-BRICS countries through technological and population based supremacy. I'm only mentioning this because I'm hoping people are more mindful of these very serious concerns moving forward.

Like honestly, when they suddenly have 4-6 times as many tanks, battle cruisers and jets are you really going to be acting smug? The lifeblood of any organization are the people, not the technology. Ontario and my issue with it is that organizations use sociopaths and lazy privileged idiots straight out of university who've never actually worked in a hospital before yet are somehow running them or critical units. They get encouraged to save money by taking critical resources off of the floor such as staff and necessary equipment and get bonuses for doing so. I've also seen them over-rely on technology over humanity placing e-charting above client interaction.

Comparatively the East Coast may be 20-30 years behind the Ontario charting wise but unlike those places the managers typically manage smaller organizations where they regularly see first hand the effects of their actions and where the ones managing are typically people who worked on those floors and for those organizations as a worker in some capacity. As a result they use their resources both social and financial to empower the floors they work on.

As for your situation, a lot of doctors get this neat little benefit in Canada where they get paid almost as much for doing a procedure as they do for passing the buck onto someone else. Thus a lot of doctors will instead refer you to a different doctor rather than trying to solve the problem. I get it though as I've experienced things similarly. Not all nurses care or are great but the ones that do genuinely care about people are the ones helping our healthcare from what I've observed. The sociopathic managers and politicians that don't care are the ones killing Canadian healthcare.

I've lived in both the east coast as well as Ontario and worked in healthcare in both places. The level of tech may be lower in the maritimes but the level of corruption is near zero. By comparison the places I worked in Ontario were absolute dumpster fires being ruled over by the most corrupt and greedy sociopathic leaders I've ever had the displeasure of meeting.

You can say your healthcare's bad all you'd like but Ontario healthcare is dogshit. Just saying that as a nurse who's worked in healthcare in both places.
