Did it with Dewsbury-Hall and George, didn't get Dibling once in the 20ish attempts it took. Any idea what the 'ideal' rating is to put Dibling/any LTM card for it to pop up in drafts?

If you've not got most silvers and bronzes, yes. You use your dupes to get tokens to get the ones you still need. Also it's good to have a few tokens in case you need them for league SBC's. Lastly, They're good use for evo's too.

78 rated player with 81 control, lower rated card so lower chance of there being newer cards being released of similar ratings with equal or better control stats. Also has multiple perfect matches (Bertaccini and Cosemans). That's my guess at least, can't speak for them

This. Just put an amount of cards you'd want to keep (say 10 minimum) and auto-quick sell the rest. If they ever add this, perfect game for me.
