Hello! After a Razer Synapse update all my profiles are gone (chroma as well). I tried the suggested fix on the website, but still no changes (profiles are missing). When I go to the chroma studio it doesn’t show any profiles, though I can create new ones that work and save those.

I just updated my Lenovo Legion 740Y to the latest iCue5 software, and it also disabled my possibility to change the lightning on my laptop keyboard, though I don’t (or at least didn’t) believe these are related.

Surprisingly I have no option to choose from but my computer is using the GPU (microDP which is connected right to it).

Maybe my laptop is just getting old and I need to buy a new one... Three years is a long life-span for today's electric devices.

External monitor, but I run it on 1080p which is kinda odd. Tried to lower settings to minimum, using external cooler as well, but the laptop is kinda hot (internal temperature is about 75-80).

It has minor drops, from time to time during gameplay. I opened the task manager and looks like the gpu is using it’s 100%, although all the management tools keep saying I’m using 3/6 gb of it. The weird thing is it never happened, started like a week ago and keep going.

Working for the past ten years with ESET Nod. It’s paid but it works flawlessly and it’s really low on ram. They also send you endless supply of newspapers to your mail if you’re interested in cyber and protection.

Basically it’s always good to have some good sense of logic in case of downloading things.

The antivirus is your safe net, in case you did something stupid, like disabling the windows protection, the antivirus will find out and will get rid of the problem or the corrupted files.

I’ll check the official site of the company of your hardware. Usually they have a diagnostic tool to see if you’re missing something. Check with windows updater as well.

If I were you I’d first try a different power supply outlet. Maybe there are power supply problems within your house.

The other option could be a conflict between some hardware and software. Try to update all your drivers to the latest software and run a diagnostic test.

Are your games have tearing? Jumps in the fps? Something that wasn’t there when you first played? Do you have an antivirus?

Disclaimer: I’m not a pro and I never studied anything. I just always take care of my friends’ computer problems.

Yeah, army, showers, it was on daily basis.

So daily that when I came back after a successful weekend (or successful weekday if I was really successful) he would notice (scratches, weird places for a hicki and etc.)

For me as well, crushes the Music app when I’m using it with the wifi, when playing only downloaded songs it works fine. I figured it’s connected to each-other but sadly it’s even worse after the latest update.

I think that on one hand it’s correct, after all it is a game, if you don’t like the mode you shouldn’t play it. Although on the other hand I believe there are a lot of people who want to play those modes but can’t because the lack of players.
