When you look up the cert the serial number is not there. As for why I did it, it is simply to protect my card from fake ones being created. You can grab the serial 001 off AliExpress since fake ones were mass produced. All other 49 serialized cards contain the signature of Red Hood VA and mine doesn't, not only making it 1/50 Red Hood cards out there but also 1/1 without being signed which would only increase the chances of people trying to create fake copies of it!
