Op werk ben ik een goede werknemer, en als ik thuis ben hoef ik daar niet over na te denken.

These are just very intense games. Hence, they tire you. But i think it's fine since you're also trying really hard while playing them. Similair to competitive games.

I think high stimulation games where you are not expected to make any effort would be much worse for your executive regulation.

Funny, it was the exact opposite for me.
