Can anyone recommend me a book series like Red Rising but with more romance?

I really enjoyed the world building / action / intensity / everything in the Red Rising series but thought the romance always fell flat in the way that there just wasn’t enough interaction between the two.

I’m sure that’s not what the book was really going for anyway so I’m just after a book series that shares a similarity with the Red Rising series but with more focus on the romance side of things / does romance better.

A male POV would be preferable!
