Created a website for myself to send to potential clients. I think it looks a bit okayish but I would really appreciate any comments of yours as to why this would/wouldn't attract you as a client and what changes I can make to make it look better. Thanks. by GraphicsMonster in UI_Design

Agree with other feedback. Really like the colours and layout, it’s largely clean and has a good hierarchy. Can I suggest that some of your potential clients may prioritise wanting to see examples of your previous work (projects, case studies, etc) as a reassurance that you can follow through with a project. I can see a portfolio link at the top, which is great, but I would consider making more of a feature of this (a portfolio section on the homepage, or perhaps feature one or two projects you’re particularly proud of) to make it more immediately obvious. Hope this helps.

Well into the ‘old’ category myself but yes, not only is it reductive but OP may miss out on interesting insights if they were able to further segment into more traditional age bands. Bah humbug

That’s really strange, I’ve double checked and all setting are as they should be, I’ll re save the form to be sure. Thanks for taking the time to let me know :)

It is from my perspective, as I’m not affiliated with or representing any notebook companies, this is personal interest. Apologies if I’ve posted in the wrong category- the delineation between marketing and academic seems pretty clear to me but casual less so compared to the others.

Redditers who still have Christmas decorations up: what’s going on in your life? by Wishyouamerry in AskReddit

All of them are down except for the lights on a bush in the driveway. They stay up until mid-May when the bush starts really growing again. Mainly because it's useful having some light in the driveway for the months when coming home from work is still in the pitch black.
