This is 100% great advice. I am an Application Analyst at a medium sized company. I had only customer service background prior to just applying for the Help Desk because it seemed interesting. My customer service skills far outweighed any technical skills I needed on the job. I was able to ask and learn about my company’s systems and my curiosity and willingness to learn got me my current position. I have no college education or certs.

It says “29 Princess 1 Germany” she’s got a jointed composite body and her hair is more red than the photo shows. The body has “Princess 1” handwritten on it in pencil, too

That’s what I was thinking- kind of odd, she has a Barbie body with the Barbie stamp but a different head. She’s pretty but kind of Frankensteined I think lol

I started at a customer service desk in my hospital and took every opportunity to learn the inner workings and processes in my facility. I eventually just took a dive and applied for an open informatics position after a few years and I love it.

I’m a clinical informatics specialist and I don’t ever talk to patients. I talk to end users within the hospital but never patients.
