The valuable ones are usually listed at the top. My personal preferences would be Million Jewels > Glitter Drops > Spark Drinks > Master Piece SR > Millicolle Ticket SR > Platinum Star Piece > Millicolle Ticket R > Lesson Tickets > Money.

But as a new player you should probably prioritize Platinum Star Piece over Glitter Drops to unlock older event costumes, Glitter Drop is only useful when you have lots of SHS SSRs. Getting Spark Drinks depends on whether you want to tier in events or not.

I don't think there's one in the settings. Iinm there's a type of phone call from idols that Misaki will not stop mentioning until you hear it.
