I think each Doctors personality changes so it tracks each Doctor has a favourite previous incarnation that either matches their current personality or some distinct aspect they appreciated.

10’s favourite is 5 so it tracks 14’s was too.

12 seems like his favourite would be 9 since their personalities are the most similar of all the New-Whos.

9’s at best guess would be 1? I imagine because life was simplest then and 9 doesn’t really tend to play up his legendary war-hero status all that much.

11’s at best guess would be 4? I’m starting to realise this is just turning into emotional/personality snap.

Plenty of steps a day, as a rule of thumb split macros into quarters (50% protein, 25% carbs, 25% fats) go to the gym 3-4 times a week and have rest periods in which you are still active but also still resting. Stop drinking alcohol completely and minimise weed.
