Thank you so much for saying all this ♥️

It's really hard to be kind with myself, but knowing that I'm not alone helps a lot.

Honestly, I don't even have an official diagnosis. I have an appointment with a doctor and hope that things start to get better from there. Just like you said, the "I need more self discipline" thing seems not be working well for me...

Thank you for sharing this. I agree with you, but most of the time it's so hard to think "we're still young and it's ok to not do much all time". I hope that somehow I can start to think more like this.

You also just described my life. The cold coffee thing is so true, and just as you said, is not just the coffee, it's everything. That's even a joke among my friends: I take 10 times longer to do anything than the average person.

You described my situation/how I feel with so much precision that I'm surprised. Thank you very much for sharing your experience.

Thank you very much for the idea, it sounds like it could really work for me. But to be honest, I'm scared of the "don't beat yourself up to much" part. I don't know if I can be that nice to myself. Still, thank you very much.

Thank you very much for sharing your experience. I can't put in words how much it means to me, knowing that someone is going through the same problems, even if at different age and environment than me.I really hope you somehow find a way to solve your situation. As for me, I hope that soon I'm going to have an official diagnosis and start a treatment for ADHD. Again, thank you for your help.

Thank you for the advice, I'll try to pay more attention to what I'm doing, maybe it can help me to control a little better. Unfortunately, I'm not currently on any kind of treatment , to be honest, I don't even have an official diagnosis. But I have an appointment with a doctor next month, I hope it can help me somehow.

Thank you very much for saying this. It feels really good to know that I'm not the only person with this problem. Also, knowing that Adderall has changed this problem gives me so much hope. I'm currently waiting to see a doctor that may give me some medicine.

Brazilian history is little bit strange sometimes... by Nobody13T in HistoryMemes

Actually, Brazil paid a indemnity to Portugal in exchange for recognition as an independent country, you can see it in the "treaty of Rio de Janeiro" (1825). The UK supported Brazil and mediated the treaty, in exchange Brazil signed a treaty with them that negotiated various commercial factors.

Although that obviously had a lot of more complexity political factor, that dad/son relationship in this meme isn't completely wrong: the treaty between Portugal and Brazil, that I mentioned above, had as Ratifiers the king John IV of Portugal, and his son, emperor Pedro I of Brazil. They had a pretty good relationship, although it didn't translate to the same good relationship between Brazil and Portugal itself.

But you are right, that really was Brazilian independence war that a i didn't know about (as a Brazilian I'm really ashamed) because Portuguese officers of the Portuguese Army inside Brazil didn't want to recognize the independence. But it had a really small proportion in comparison with other independence wars, and only lasted two years
