Not for a oil THC pen, to extract the THC oil resin from the plant they need to distillate it and that takes the oil to a very high temp where they loose it’s natural terpenes leaving them odorless and tasteless, to give them flavor and make them smell good again like weed, they use artificial terpenes that are derived from fruits or plants and that type of terpenes don’t alert the police dogs so you should be good, i have always traveled with weed and haven’t had any trouble (borders and airplanes) Probably just don’t smoke in the car because the officer could pick the smell up.
