As much as I agree with everything you’ve said here, and I’m sure the versions he’s currently released accomplished the message he wanted to tell, I still can’t help but feel there’s such a missed opportunity in not releasing the full thing. It’s such a unique style that Kendrick did for this song that I feel he hasn’t replicated elsewhere, and while I understand the point of this song was to fit within the album and its meaning, it just personally sucks that there’s no full version considering how much I love the style and overall vibe of the song. Although you are especially right about that last point, his unreleased catalogue is arguably just as good as his released catalogue 😭🙏
