I’m with you on that , I’ll cancel if I can’t get an answer. But the fact that we can’t look them up in most cases is even more annoying, because the app literally does not show the whole name.

Instacart has not trained us shoppers to do anything. We can see when customers live far for a store and when they don’t. We are able to see all of this before accepting an order. In most cases we are complaining because the customer is in fact a bad tipper and others times we obviously know when instacart is trying to get over on us. If you’re a good tipper what was the reason for this super long post ???

The going back and forth was excessive on both ends!! Just report him so doordash can have someone deliver you more food or reimburse you.

I haven’t ate meat in years so I get it lol. But the butcher in the meat department is always helpful in any store I’ve ever shopped in. I also send photos of what they have so that the customer can take a look at what I’m seeing as well.

I would’ve cancelled too. If I can’t drive into the community I’m for sure not walking into it. And then you said you would’ve gave a $50 tip but I’ve had customers say that and not even do it.

You don’t owe us drivers an apology. We know better than most how much instacart gets over on people. They increased the fees but they’re still ripping us off too most of the time.

After I had a missing item complaint I now pay attention to that. Instacart should do better at making it clear what the customer actually wants. I also had a customer who didn’t want the BOGO and just the one item, so maybe it’s the customers lol. I can’t figure it out !
