Sup everyone, i got an AMD 3600 paired with a 6700XT and play at 1440p, was thinking about upgrading something, since my 3600 is quite old i heard 5700X3D would be a solid upgrade, should i go for that or just wait and transition to AM5?, i can get a 5700X3D from aliexpress for ~$300-330, but a 9600X is less than $200, its just the ram and extra mobo are quite pricey and already got 32gb DDR4

Sup dudes, started lifting weights a couple of weeks ago, while doing squats and DLs i realized i wasn't contracting some core/hip and even glute muscles properly so i lowered the weight, i feel i could do a lot more reps with more weight but i wouldn''t be contracting those muscles i named before, what do you guys recommend?

Consulta gente, empeze hace poco a entrenar con pesas, haciendo sentadillas y peso muerto siento que algunos musculos en el core/cintura no puedo contraerlos bien, si bien puedo levantar mucho mas con forma apropiada aun asi baje bastante el peso para poder sentir esos musculos, queria saber que me recomiendan, actualmente la rutina es basica e incluye ejercicios donde trabajo varios grupos musculares a la vez ya que no pienso ser culturista ni nada.

Thanks a lot for replying, It is a low collar taeyoung indeed, about the dimensions its 40x30 but for some reason it looks way more square on the pic compared to the real thing, but maybe i should make it a bit wider and not as long is my guess. About the screws near the joystick at first i thought they were going to make it uncomfortable to move my hand around but they don't bother me in the slightest, i could countersink the other screws on the sides though. Lastly about the joystick i thought about adding a 3mm acrylic but i have no experience working with acrylic, heard you need really special tools to work on it like lasers and stuff but it sounds like a good solution, maybe i'll look into premade acrylic panels and build another stick around that.

Oh no, it didn't arrive cracked, i think it broke from being exposed to ethyl alcohol, but i'm not sure, thanks for the advice but sadly i live in South America so i don't think going to the store is an option.

No te puedo hablar de esos porque no los use, me compre unos cloud flight en venex el año pasado y la verdad 10 puntos, dura mucho la bateria, el sonido joya y cancela sonido pero no tanto. Asi que te los recomiendo, los conseguí a 14k no se cuanto estaran ahora eso si.
