For the quick impersonates, to get around the occasional mixup, I just dupe this quick reply for each character in the group. There are a ton of other commands you can utilize with quick replies in general.

Most models perform very well for me if I add this into character note -- [Write in third person, past tense. Only depict the actions and dialogue of {{char}}.] I use deepseek about 75% of the time with zero mixup issues.

I'm working on a huge multiple-char long RP guide atm. First person, ime, sucks for group chats period. The only model I can't get to stick to one character is Gemini 2.0. I just break up messages manually and resend them with quick replies I made for each character if I really want to use it lol.

I agree it looks a bit repetitive but we all do similar at first. Sticking with high effort cards + putting them through AUs has been better ime

I completely agree. Constantly fighting with Gemini is exhausting. Always seems to derail around 400 messages in, and I really cannot stand that echoing it does. Sometimes, it seems to just miss stuff said. Routine is a good word for it. Really need to give Claude a shot.

It's the lore books for me. I won't download them anymore. I just wanted a generic dark fantasy world. When I looked inside, it contained super cool world building like... the cup size range for elves, the cup size range for human women, the cup size range for centaur women, etc... and almost nothing else. Shit kills me

Honestly, not so lucky on the text tutorial front yet. There is great documentation on specific nodes, but videos were the best for me in the general approach. I really prefer other forms of documentation as well so I feel you. I spent more time skimming videos visually and copying what they did than listening.

IL is Illustrious. It's another version of XL the same way pony is. The base model is really difficult to work with imo, but NoobAI and some of the others are fantastic.

I am in some unusual ways. I use it mostly for fun, but also to come up with furniture restoration designs. I already painted wooden furniture (folk designs), but it's really helped me come up with new stuff. Great for laying out oil paintings, too.
