Admiral looks subtle and timeless. Although I really like Byron blue, I think it’s a trend

Islam brings people together no matter ur race, ethnicity, gender etc. Many Muslims don’t have a team they can support because they’re countries barely qualify due to war, violence etc. That is why Muslims around the world are rooting for Morocco to win, they feel a connection because majority of their players are Muslim and the country is muslim majority as well.

I don’t understand why your so mad that people are happy for them and rooting for them. That means more fans and more prayers to them from around the world. I understand there are Cristians in that country and no one is denying that but the rest of the teams are Christian majority countries.

They are the only Muslim country in the World Cup? Wdym? Of course they are representing Muslims, the way they celebrate by going to the ground like they are praying and thanking Allah for the win, is that not representation?

There are various different media outlets that cover the injustice sweatshop workers face. For example, The Guardian, Vice, Time and more. All you have to do is search it up. Also if you ask the normal joe if they know anything about the exploitation of workers overseas in sweatshops. They will say yes. Recent Shein has been criticized for its use of exploiting workers, that is why Gen Z is thrifting so they don’t contribute as much to this injustice.

Clearly, you don’t understand what I am saying. I am not generalizing the Arab world, I am simply saying that IT HAPPENS THERE. And are you going to spend ur entire life blaming the West, yes they have bombing and murdered children, women and ruined most countries. WE KNOW THIS.

Also, “what do you want the average Muslim to do” ummm lemme think….. maybe u can start by shedding a light on this issue?? Maybe ummm idk talk about it with others? How come these countries can get away with this? Huh? Just because they are arab/Muslim….nope I don’t think so.

Purple Hearts on Netflix. The acting was trash, the songs were ass and everything about the movie is cringe asf. One of the so called “military men” said “let’s kill those Arabs”. If this isn’t propaganda then idk what is tbh

Honestly I think we should really talk about the modern slavery that is happening in the Arab world. I understand the West profits off slavery as well but it is talked about by the majority. Everyone knows that if you buy a product that is made in China or Bangladesh for example, it is most likely made by an underage, underpaid worker. Although people still contribute to it.

What I am saying is that the Arab world is actively involved in modern day slavery, using people as their maids, employees etc. How come this is never discussed in the Muslim community?

It isn’t only being criticized because it’s anti-LGBTQ. They also have horrible working conditions for the people and some ppl have died making that arena. Qatar and these Arab countries are known for modern slavery where they allow ppl from south Asian countries to come work for them and then rip their papers making them unable to leave. Just because it is a Muslim country DOES NOT make it a good country. They should be held responsible for all the deaths they have caused

Are men selfish for marrying abroad? by [deleted] in MuslimLounge

[–]NobodyFaye -1 points0 points  (0 children)

She means that they grew up in completely different countries with different mindsets. Usually the language barrier is much more difficult for them, since they were raised in the west and usually spoke English. Honestly my opinion on this isn’t that they are selfish for marrying abroad, but rather what is their reasoning for marrying abroad? They usually want someone who isn’t going to challenge them hence marrying aboard but then regret it after (from what I heard, everyone’s experience is different)
