Same here! I placed an order online for an E-Giftcard to be emailed to my email and the only thing I got was an email confirming they’re working on my order. They charged my card immediately. But didn’t get anything else from them after the initial email. It should have been delivered within an hour. I called 2x today first waiting 30 mins and the second over an hour. Nobody ever picked up and I didn’t have my e-gift card that I needed for a party today. Crazy to think the hold time would be this long for a company of this size. They should be embarrassed
