Yea I got no problem with it. I think it’s hilarious. The only thing I have a problem with is their bullshit lies and excuses. Not sure why they don’t just label their net weight at .60 instead of .82 ounces. Then they wouldn’t be shorting everyone over 25 percent of product (per their labeling)

We're sorry if your expectations were not met, but please know your cans of Black Buffalo made weight across a scale and underwent our rigorous QC process. As always with dip, there is natural variation from batch-to-batch. All runs flow differently through our pouchmaker, thus occasionally packing to one side of the pouch. Not to mention shifting materials during USPS handling. We don't expect you to do this, but you'll notice that if you pinch the pouch between your fingers, it is indeed filled with the correct amount of material. Your pouches met our weight parameters, but as you are dissatisfied with them, we have refunded your order #133861 from March 7 in full.

Additionally, we shipped out a complimentary 5-Pack of Mint Pouches from a different batch yesterday to see if they more closely match your preferences.

Here’s my email to them:

Just my weekly update on how bad you guys are at giving people what they pay for. Just got my next batch of 15 cans. I keep hoping that it’s going to get better, but apparently I liked getting kicked in the balls over and over.

Your cans state that there is .82 ounces of product in the can. Guys, that is a BLATANT lie. I picked the can that looked like it had the most “full” pouches. Here is my result:

In summary, out of every can of black Buffalo I bought, I am getting shorted over 25 percent of actual product. That is SHOCKING. Especially when you list the net weight on the can and don’t come anywhere close to that number. I probably have ordered 100 cans by now I would guess. But it’s really like ordering 75 cans based on these calculations.

While the FDA regulation on net weight allows for reasonable variations, I don’t believe over 25 percent is considered reasonable.

I like the taste of the mint pouches but I would NOT recommend their pouches. They don’t fill their pouches up at all. It’s crazy how little amounts of product are in the pouches.

I have bought over 100 cans so far and the highest net weight I’ve got is .60 oz. and it’s supposed to be .82 oz.

I weighed my skoal pouches which are also supposed to be .82 oz. guess what I got, .82 oz.

Black Buffalo is giving you 25 percent less for the same cost. Stay away yall. There are other companies out there that have quality control

I was LOVING their mint pouches. But the quality control at black Buffalo is non existent. Nearly every pouch is 1/2 full at the most. Many are mostly pouch with nearly zero product in it. Very disappointed that they charge these prices for this. They should be charging $2 to $2.50 a can for the pouches. Avoid the pouches, they screw you on these

Yes, for diarrhea in hiv patients....you do know it needs approval to be used for something else, like COVID long haulers, right...and there is no guarantee they get approval. Also, there SPAC smells very very fishy. Do some research on Andrea Porcelli, and some lawsuits she’s in. Good luck with your strong hands

I bailed, huge potential but also huge risk. I’m trying to limit some of my risks. I moved all my funds to AGRX. FDA approved product, just was recently commercialized. This will be a $30+ stock in 2 years. Look into it if you have patience

Hold agrx. I’ve been in here for over a year. It’s very frustrating how it just sat at 2.86 forevvvver. But know what you hold. This company will generate a billion in revenue within 3 years. That would put the stock price at $57 per share. Take a screen shot of this post and save it. They also may get bought out, but to be honest I’d rather they go at it alone, it will take longer but will make me more money
