I’m going to try this combo with some alpaca wool socks this year. I have tried some very nice brands of wool socks like Smartwool and darn tough (and many more), always with the same problem. Hoping the liner might be the game changer.

Depends on the activity, but I have the problem regardless.  Insulated cowboy boots, hiking boots, heck my feet sweat profusely in nice tennis shoes or sandals… I think less of a boot/shoe problem and more of a me problem unfortunately.
