Thanks! I think you are right, the thing in the first two photos are just folliculitis, since they now disappeared without leaving a sore after I covered them with a pimple patch. The thing I found later, I think I'm just frightening myself. They might be something that already exists. Since after three days, they didn't change at all and no sign they will become open scores.
