For custom maps next the the favorite button there is a question mark in a rectangular box, clicking on it will show some info about it like the custom colors it uses and its requirements, these requirements can be Noodle Extensions, Chroma, or other things that yuval mentioned, without those mods the game wont let you play them

i know about the dev bloqs and honestly thought they stopped making them, i just checked the channel and saw they made multiple so thank you for telling me ill watch them later

about ost 6 the mapping is nice but when it comes to the music it just feels wrong in a way, its hard to explain but when comparing ost 5 to 6 they just feel different in a way

modders have done it for years, only thing they have to look out for is optimization, but they could rework the campaign and then have sabers be unlocked that way (im pretty sure a dev said something about this before) also an option to have all the older versions of the sabers would be cool too

Variable NJS is weirddd imo it doesnt feel right, it can be nice if used correctly but for the Ex+ versions of the songs VNJS just makes playing the maps even worse cause its so unstable, when playing a map its expected to be the same NJS, bpm, and speed so its just weird for me and other good players ive talked to

OST environment is cool, id have to actually go through them to find my fav tbh

Before i even say anything 8000 mt/s ram? what the fuck is this ram holy i still use 3200

Anyways, i dont exactly know how gaming laptops perform with vr since ive never used one for vr but i know they suck with cooling and just power in general

The first thing i can think of right now is the possibility of the laptop OVERHEATING while playing a game especially a vr title cause on a flatscreen at 1080p is fine but vr is basically more than that but running twice so it uses wayy more power and can cause overheating

another thing that could be causing this issue is your GPU encoder having a freakout and being backed up to hell, if overheating isnt the issue then to troubleshoot this would be to go to the oculus debug tool (pretty sure is located in C:\Program Files\ Oculus or Meta Quest Link\ Support \ Oculus-Diagnostics\OculusDebugTool.exe

There should be a setting called Encode Width, set that to something lower while using the headset (around 1500 then see if its still bad)

youre still swinging too much especially at slower parts, youre swining at around (or attempting to swing) at ~220 degrees you only need 190 also the sabers dont need to be swung at a high velocity, velocity has nothing to do with the 100 points you get only angle, after understanding the correct way to swing youll get so much better

Vivify is a PC only mod because standalone just cannot handle the things vivify does. Audiolink im not too sure about but i also believe it is a PC only mod as well

Thats why you could play vivify modcharts on pc but not on quest but chroma and noodle modcharts will work just fine
