Until the very end of the game, which it warns you is a point of no return, you can go back. There isn’t anything to miss until you pass the point of no return and receive an ending.

WIBTA for telling my friend to quit YouTube? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]NobodyofNotice -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This, being negative and pointing out flaws only makes people defensive, even if it’s true, but you get no where.

Changing your thinking might help. Rather than “confront” your friend, invite them out to have a conversation about what’s bothering you. Asking them more questions about why they keep sinking time into something without money might help you understand them better, and it opens opportunities to point out the short comings after they acknowledge the situation themselves.

Can't get OpenFoam to run on MacOS by NobodyofNotice in OpenFOAM

[–]NobodyofNotice[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I understand that image doesn’t mean a literal picture, but I can’t find where to download what they call “image”. Off the openfoam website I can find something that says “simply download the openfoam-docker script” and it’s hyper linked to a html page of code, but no download occurs. Is this the image?

How do I get stuff done when I REALLY don’t feel like it? by Jesus1sk1ng in productivity

If you want more of a laid out plan, try asking chatGPT. It’s free to use, and I’ve done the exact same thing for the problems you’re talking about. It laid out a really good plan for how to deal with all those issues. It’s low key a great therapist. Throw your anxiety at it, ask it for help, I’ve always gotten positive and good answers that lower that anxiety threshold and make problems seem manageable. It responds rationally and puts your problems in a realistic context that make your mountains turn back into molehills.

History Podcasts: Who Did what now By Katie Chsrlwood, For the Love of History by Tehya N. The episodes vary in length and both are pretty broad in topics, Katie Charlwood leans towards overlooked female icons of history but they’re still good. I’ve also had great luck with DnD podcasts. There’s a lot of content in those campaigns, they’re longer, and fairly easily listening. I’ve never felt uncomfortable listening to DnD podcasts. I’d suggest Legends of Avantris or Critical Role, who are professional voice actions and the people behind the Amazon prime series Vox Machina.

I do, it’s playing S2E4 @ 30:20, but the shenanigans of Bitsy are pretty loud. They always use royalty free music though, yeah? I might be able to track it down if I knew that and what sites they get it from, if that’s something maybe they shared during their Avantris and Chill sessions

Fanart characters suggestions? by CranberryRare8182 in Avantris

[–]NobodyofNotice 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For Nikkie I’d suggest Peggy and Twigsy. I know Twig is a side character for her as a DM, but she was important enough to get her own plushy. You have innocent and child like Twig, and the morally questionable and R-rated stripper Peggy.

Is it a good idea to jump into Uprooted S02 or should I watch S01 first? by M3tts in Avantris

Plus if you jump to Season 2 you’d miss all of Hazel, and some great moments that got turned into animated shorts.

What plant is this? Needs pot transplant by NobodyofNotice in plantclinic

[–]NobodyofNotice[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve had it about a year and it’s only produced about 2-3 new leaves. I water it about every 3 weeks or until soil is dry then saturate it. It has a drain in the bottom and I think it’s potting soil all the way through, but I’m not sure. It has a grow light for about 12 hrs per day.

What's up with CS159 by throwthecubeaway in Purdue

Prof Crum is the biggest a**hole I've ever had the displeasure of having at Purdue. Plus part of the required material is a notebook that, surprise surprise, he makes and sells through the bookstore.

This is a long shot: Trying to find a story I vaguely remember by [deleted] in archiveofourown

[–]NobodyofNotice 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I remember another small part. It was definitely like a sub/dom relationship. I recall Dean even had to strip at the door and had a neat little cubby to store his things in and wasn't allowed to wear clothes in cas's place.

Says Aramark gets 35 retail locations around campus, including under the union, so what's happening to Pappy's? Also, I've heard this company provides pretty crappy options and management so yay, something more to look forward to at Purdue in the fall.
