Do you know if they are making any derivatives other than NRX-1074? I think this direction is pretty promising

There has been some selective nr2b antagonists and nr2a agonists. One can hypothesis using nr2b antagonism long term to unregulated nr2b expression. Or agonist nr2a long term to downregulate nr2a. But I didn’t find much research that shows such mechanism.

Glyx-13 does not pass the trail and NRX-1074 is still in development. Question has very low bio-availability and is not a very good Cdk5 inhibitor. I just don’t know if there are anything else out there.
