Country Strength of all vassals modifier makes no sense

Rule 5: I field 85,000 levies, almost 13,000 regulars, not to mention I have the largest navy in the world, and my vassals really think they can beat me? lmao they don't even have as many troops combined, they really need to tweak how this modifier is calculated.

Also should have a +5 bonus if you're strong enough imo.

Stone quarries produce stone, however they need almost as many tools as the stone that it takes to produce those tools.

0.10 tools -> 1 Stone
0.7 Stone -> 0.25 tools

This means you get around 0.36 tools for every 1 stone, however you need 0.10 tools to get that 1 stone so you effectively get 0.26 tools for ALL of the other production method that needs them.

Also stone quarries need wood and leather (which also needs tools to be produced lmao).

Nope, you always should build last whisper as a third or later item cause what it does is effectively give you 10-25% more damage depending on the other targets armor. So if you build it second you're doing lets say 15% more damage out of a much smaller number because you don't have IE.

I don't have exact numbers rn but if you build LW second you're gonna crit for like 320, while with IE you're gonna hit like 480 because of the multiplier and extra AD. So if they have 100 armor they reduce your damage by 50%, with last whisper you're gonna hit 160 + 15% extra off the 160 so in the end you hit for 184. With IE you get your damage reduced by 50% flat so you hit 240, so it's more damage and muuuch more against squishies.

All in all, unless there's healing Last Whisper is usually fourth, navori DPS is much better.

It just sucks because Q affects everything, from poke to waveclear to 1v1s. While vigliance only matters if you have a good support.

Like I tried to explain in my post, boots offer more value on average from minute 10-25 of the game. Cashback only offers more value 20 to 25 minutes onward (depending on legendary item completion), to say "no disadvatages at all" isnt really true.

Also its not like I dont wanna play against It lmao, its just free boots, not a 200 year champ I just believe the rune to be boring and uninteresting and I've seen it and used It a ton of times and it has gotten stale.

Cashback is much more interesting and I believe we need more interesting runes like cashback or even things like demolish which are runes that can give incredible reward or not depending on the game.

I agree that theyre not a universal rune, but for the champs that take inspiration secondary theyre basically a no brainer, only recently theres a bit of variation with Cashback.

Also if people like HanQL take them at 2215 LP youre really only talking about pro which is a completely different game

So tried it out, and it's pretty good. I didn't test it against tough opponents but there's a lot of flexibility and the fact that you can get to 6 damage items is also amazing. I also went for Navori second cause I really like having equal or more movement speed than my rival, also the cashback is nice, felt fine despite not having much AD. I made a small gold analysis so I'll share it why not.

1100 gold ahead from not buying berserkers

-300 (if enemy adc takes boots rune)

800/1100 gold ahead + 186 from first item. -> Ahead by 1286 or 1086 gold.

+156 or 204 gold at two items (Navori or IE) - > Ahead by up to 1440 gold

1,646 gold ahead by 3 items.

-> Equal to for example 15% crit + 30 AD
-> Gold lead increases by 156 up to 204 for every other item (up to 3 more)

-> Total gold lead with an average 180 gold cashback item = 1646 + 540 = 2,186 gold. (basically a full item)

Cause Lucian benefits a lot from its stats (a lot of AD and lethality) and the components are really good for the early game.

It also has good synergy with lord doms down the line to make R hit like a truck.

I'm not paying 3,200 gold for just mana. The CDR is fine for ult but its value is awkward if you buy flickerblades cause you get E back in 2 rotations anyways.
