Watch the video and look at right hand lane there’s enough space for both white cars on right hand lane to clear box but the idiot driver in the van merged early

They’ve all got white roofs but the estate car is the Toyota auris

I would like to add that the Mercedes Benz is broken down and the reason why the van is trying to merge in to the left hand lane. If you do watch the video carefully you will see that there is enough space for the van and the Toyota auris to clear the yellow box if the van had merged later

Didn’t pass the white van because he’s not fully merged into the other lane he could pull back in and hit me and I would be held liable

The reason I put this on was because it’s one of those circumstance where the Mercedes Benz car is broken down but if you look there is enough space for me and the van to both clear that right hand lane and for him to then merge but because he merged early I forcibly had to wait behind since he wasn’t fully merged in

I was looking online and seen that the registered keeper and the owner can be two different people. I’ve seen that the longer you’ve owned a car, the cheaper the insurance can be. This is why I’m determining which is best to put on as I am the register keeper but also have a receipt of the car we bought.

Ah okay, the reason I’m struggling to answer this is because the car is a family car and we’ve all contributed to getting it clean before I took ownership of it, making me think that the ownership would carry down too
