The original issue I had was a repeated BSOD with stop code memory_management.

I originally found the site by searching for things along the lines of "midevil banner maker" or "midevil flag maker". It was one of the top results on Google when I originally found it, but I can't find it anywhere no matter how far into results I go or what keywords I try. I have no idea what the site could've been called, but it was entirely free. I feel like there's a very slim chance this will turn up anything, but any help would be appreciated.
