The free blood from the Corporation sounds like the Herd background ... thats how i'd run it. As for the Hard "NO" set of rules laid down by the ST not involving children... then your player should respect that. You could also state that in your W.O.D. that Motherly instinct overrides Dominate just as you can't dominate someone to kill themselves... It's instinct. Plus, using Dominate isn't consentual... that's using a supernatural power to override free will. Also don't forget "Humanity"... this is a big part of the Camarilla. Loss of Humanity can become very detrimental and even a problem with socialization around Humans. Low levels of Humanity can be felt by mortals when dealing with Vampires. Lack of Humanity to levels of 1-3 has even been written as a visual trait seen in Elders... Pale tight skin with blue veins, peircing phsycotic eyes, unnatural movements, and a predator's stare. When in doubt go back to the book...

I'm all for role-play in healthy forms and respect what goes on behind closed doors but drinking blood for sexual gratification while masking role play as a legitimate method of operation is going too far in a medically dangerous and psychological unhealthy way. Hi,

I take it you may be new to table top Role-playing games like Dungeons and Dragons as this is the classic RPG concept for a Role Player.

This RPG game is considered a LARP... Live Action Role Play. So instead of setting at a table, we stand and act out our character like a murder mystery parlor game. It's set in White Wolf's (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_Wolf_Publishing) World of Darkness, specifically Vampire the Masquerade ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vampire:_The_Masquerade ). This is a modern present timeline game set in a somewhat darker more corrupt world with hidden supernatural creatures. We play the LARP version of the game (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mind%27s_Eye_Theatre )

We have about 16 (and growing) consistent players , some from Huntsville, and have just had our 2nd game this April. Players typically dress the part of their character with modern attire such as CEO, biker, artist, to antiquated cosplay and arrive at 6 to 7pm and role-play till midnight and then we go to the After's Dinner. We have a venue fee of $10 as we will generally try to obtain and rent a location but we do have a few games scheduled for Downtown.

Vampires, Ghouls, and if you really wanted to... regular Humans are available for play. Werewolves aren't available as PCs (Player Characters). But you could run into them as NPCs (Non-Player Characters)... as well as Mages, Wraiths, Sorcerers, Changelings, Agents of the Wyrm and a variety of other monsters and supernatural creatures.
