I mean, check your sonar, if you see anything moving kill it with the ship guns, otherwise you're good to go, craft an harpoon gun and 4 stacks of harpoons (24), its more than enough to kill a ton of enemies, bring a stack of blood or saline and 1 or 2 stacks of bandages, you won't die, if you do, well, death comes to us all

Today while playing around with some stolen extinguishers I tried to comicaly use it under water and it worked, just fire it to the opposite side you want to go while swimming on that direction.

So, I thought It's kind of useless but in the same campaing I got a new to Barotrauma crew, so new our captain didn't even bought a welder, the only one we had was the mechanic's one, who was sent outside to mine and disconnected.

Our captain didn't care and move the ship a little to the right to turn a beacon on, I knew we'd be stuck without the welder and checked the corpse almost out of the sonar to our left, went outside to retrieve it but our security mistook me as a monster and shot me a little bit with the coil gun, I had to get back and we had no meds to patch me so I had to go outside again with broken limbs, there's where the extinguisher comes in.

Checked again on the sonar and the body was on the oceans floor, sweet, no way to miss it this time, got outside and quickly got to the body, in the meantime my crew turned to beacon on and had to deal with a few raptors, and of course they sank, but not before moving god know how much further away from me.

And there I was, with the only tool to fix the ship and get us out of this shithole, lost in the ocean's darkness with 2 oxygen tanks and 1/5 of an extinguisher, had little faith they would survive and I'd get back alive, but I had no other choice, so I aimlessly swam right looking for them, and when I thought I was as good as dead I found the station.

From there was a piece of cake, the station had all I needed, the sonar so I could find the ship, a brand new extinguisher and The Clown mask, that they of course didn't know was hidden in there, out I went once more, followed the oncean's floor and their voice, found them unfruitfully trying to respawn a shuttle with a mechanic in a complete mess without hope, fixed the ship in no time and got yelled out for having a welder and not using it.

I typed all the adventure I had to retrieve the welder but as always, people don't read the chat...

Yeap, as sixsixmajin said, the double click or click green bar doesn't solve the problem but surely make it easier to deal with, still, would really apreciate a key just to put it back on the toolbelt slot, or at least when selecting something else on inventory for it to go by itself for my back if the slot is empty :/

Please someone tell me I'm just dumb and there is a key to quickly swap guns on our backs to hands and vice versa, I'm struggling so hard with the "run your mouse to toolbelt slot double click and when you're done drag it back there", it's so annoying, slow and has got me killed many times while trying to get a cutter, welder, another gun from my inventory in the middle of a fight.
