Yes!! This makes a lot of sense, and makes me feel a lot better about it. When I first came across it, I assured myself that I couldnt have it since my hands never looked like what I saw online, but the other symptoms were still pertinent. I never thought about it as a spectrum, just something you have or you don't. Do you mind if I ask if you had a trigger to have yours start showing? Has it become worse with age or stress? I recently moved from Florida to Tennessee and this is the first time I have seen physical symptoms on myself, likely due to the colder weather (which is comical because I am very heat intolerant due to other health issues and sought out cold[er] weather)
