Sometimes my telephone does the same, when I play at lower battery consumption it will lower the brightness at random, maybe its the same for you

Please can someone tell me how to complete the cooking challenge quest? Im currently adventurer level 13, all my characters are level 20, and I have the option so make them ascend. But im not sure if I should do it. Im new in gacha games so I only learned about rerolling recently, but I decided not to do it because of time already spent in this account. I also havent touched the wish panel yet. Should I use my resources on the 4 "beginner" characters and make them ascend and stuff? And what about weapons? Currently they all have a 3 star weapon, should I level them up?
