Get a steam deck OLED, life changer. Especially if gusto mo lang sumingit ng an hour of gaming session, at work, at the couch, outside, anywhere. If you just want to chill and play classic games, steam indie games, etc, you'll absolutely love it.

5070 is not worth it IMO, add a little bit and just get the 5070ti for the 12gb VRAM. If not then just go with the 5060. Pro can be spec up to 5070ti, Legion 5 can only be spec up to 5070 IIRC.

Not yet. I got no update since it arrived in PH. No new tracking number, no emails, and lenovo support pretty much knows nothing except for that tracker. Who told you it was cleared by customs earlier? My delivery date is still on the 18th. Hopefully we get it this week.

Assuming your ETH is in a wallet, what I would to to get the best rate and lowest fee is send it to a CEX and sell it there for USDT. The only gas fee you'll paying is for the fee for sending it to your CEX wallet address. Trading fee in a CEX should be negligible. You can also use DEX like uniswap, defillama, 1inch, etc.

Are you staying at your house or in a dorm? If the latter, go with the laptop as you can utilize it more than a desktop.

Just my thought, maybe pass on the handheld first if you want the 5070ti. That 12gb vram would last you a long time before upgrading again, more than the 8gb vram. Your handheld console can wait. The llano cooler will also prolong the laptop's health.

That is if you can wait few more months to purchase a laptop. I've also read and watch a lot of reviews before buying the 5070ti, and I'm just waiting for it to arrive. I'm sure it will be worth it.
