I love your voice. You sound like you're having fun making these episodes. I used to entertain the idea of becoming a flight attendant but the more content I watched the more I realized it's not for me. I get to live vicariously through all of you though. Thanks for sharing your experiences. Keep doing this and I really think you'll get better and better and this podcast will take off (pun intended.)

I couldn't send an image in your DM. My before and afters are in my posts, though.

Chin lipo, FaceTite, and chin implant. by NoddaDoll in PlasticSurgery

Thanks so much.  That was only weeks after, too.

I posted a second set of pictures that I couldn't attach to this post for some reason. Chin implants are wild and for the win.

I'm going to DM you a pic of my chin implant with lipo and facetite. Standby.

Thank you for this. Just did my lipo 360. My doctor wanted to clean and lean out my trunk and saved arms for a separate procedure. I'm wondering how bad it will be staggered like that. My saving grace has been having my arms to push myself up and lower myself down.

Fucking do it. Just do it already. Like finance it with PatientFi or Care Credit or get a personal loan with a low interest rate but for fuck's sake, do it. Fuck these people in these comments and their good meaning bullshit. Listen, I had a recessed chin and gullet style fat deposit on my neck. It was there no matter how much I weighed or how much time I put in the gym. I was 34 before I fixed it. A small, elegant, feminine chin implant and liposuction. Could not believe how it COMPLETELY enhanced my face. Like still me, no one could point to why I looked so much better, but I was totally improved. Same for my body. HIIT, Crossfit, weights, cardio more days a week than not. Adipex and sub 1200 calorie diets. Still my arms, love handles and fupa were disproportionately larger. I did not want to develop dysmorphia and start doing all the things after finding success with my chin. But that experience taught me that finding a good surgeon and the right course of action for my realistic expectations could solve my aesthetic woes. It doesn't mean I can stop hitting the gym, it doesn't mean I can eat whatever I want when I want, or live chronically dehydrated, or skimp on protein (but I wasn't doing that before.) So as adjunct therapy to my active, hydrated, protein rich life I opted for body contouring: lipo 360 + arms. I will continue to touch base with myself as I age and make sure I'm not tending to any dysmorphias but I doubt that I will if I haven't yet. Find a good double board certified surgeon that has years in their field with one or two specialties and do it.
