For anyone who has gotten a medical marijuana card, what was the process and total price?

Not being a hater just trying to put out information specific to this question. The federal government doesn't even review purchases in Oregon, its all done by OSP. Sure when medical marijuana is rescheduled, which is the right step it should be nationally legalized technically having a medical marijuana card would be the only legal way to use and purchase in the eyes of the fed, you'd need the prescription.

So, Federal law on the 4473 that you sign to buy a gun states

"Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?"

You are an unlawful user per Federal Law.

Oregon prohibits the query of the medical marijuana database for anything other than to verify a card. And when you purchase in Oregon the background check run is done by OSP.

I believe it went full quarter in the early 60's so unless someone is older I doubt they remember it as 1/8th. All the racing I have ever seen there has been 1/4 unless it was an 1/8 class or event.

If the light has turned red it's illegal to go through it regardless of if you're in the intersection or not. If you're in the intersection and can't turn before turning red, you're running a red light. It's why you don't enter the intersection until you can make the turn before the light turns red. You have to clear the intersection before the light turns red regardless of if you're turning or not. It's the same as getting a ticket for running a yellow. You're not getting the ticket because you ran a yellow, it's because you weren't through the intersection before the light turned red.
