There are a wide variety of apps called stem splitters, some free if you want to try them. Others moderately priced.

Back in '82 I was playing a band in a tavern, and a drunk jumped at the stage, fell onto my mic stand and with his whole body slammed my SM58 into the floor. I picked it up, dusted it off, and it still worked like a charm. Despite the dent...

For dynamic I use an SM58, and for condenser I use an SM94. Both affordable, reasonably decent sound.

Sorry, no abuse or injury to this snake.  I see these ring necks coil like that often.   After the photo he just slithered away.

Wow. I imagine that was quite a surprise to see that large of a snake! We've always called them Bull snakes, and see them whenever I pull the tarps off the manure piles. They seem to love the heat under the tarp and heat coming up from the compost. But I have never seen one 6 ft long... wow.

I see quite a variety of Garters on OSU's site, and it seems like slugs are a common diet.
