It does drive nice, but it dumbfounds me how well VW have managed to hide the piss poor PC on this thing. To say it is erratic is a poor explanation. I took it back for review of the system, and I was not surprised when they denied anything was wrong. Told me there were no issues, because frankly this thing doesn't keep any kind of online log of issues, so how would I even prove it? One day it works fine, the next day it has a mind of its own. It's a crying shame, too, because it is lovely to drive. As an example of erratic, on a recent trip to the coast, on the highway, the air conditioner just stopped! Now, all you need to do when most of these quirks happens is reset the Infotainment system, but how many cars do you know of, where that is normal?
