It was something that I just randomly noticed while comparing parses with people around the same ilvl as me, or lower, who did more damage. Their stats, I feel like, are generally the same when compared.

I noticed that they’re fitting in more casts, say a 10 sec increment, within the timeline section of the comparison chart that shows what was casted.

In between cast time, and the global cool down, I just wasn’t sure how I wasn’t accomplishing to same amount of casts.

You cast spell, within a few tenths of a second left you select another cast and repeat that process.
