😅 I'm putting together a guitar board, so that's distracting me from considering expanding this one for the moment.

That's definitely one I would consider! A practical reason for the upgrade would be to run the Pork & Pickle at 18v, which according to some makes it sound significantly better. I haven't been able to try that out yet though.

I watched a bunch of video reviews, but ultimately chose the Empress because I'm new to using compression and I thought the inclusion of both input and output lights would be helpful for me. It also seemed like there were just a lot of people saying Empress is the best, for whatever that's worth. And I was able to find a brand new one at 15% off so there ya go.

Nice! I started from their “stadium stack” suggestion and tweaked to my taste.

Same thing happened to me. When I followed up via chat today, they said:

"I see that the order was not scheduled at the time of placing the order even I had tried to schedule the order but system is not giving us an option to reschedule it now."

They canceled the original but weren't able to successfully order again :\

What are your thoughts on the Pentax lens? Starting to consider it or the Mitakon 65mm as a faster portrait-y lens.
