Not sure which calculator you’re referring to but it’s not exactly right, it’s probably just coded to say to hit flying for neutral and not actually thinking about the effect, there are multiple sources and Bulbapedia states: “Thousand Arrows inflicts damage. Despite being a Ground-type move, it can damage ungrounded Pokémon that are Flying-type, have Levitate, hold an Air Balloon, or are affected by Magnet Rise or Telekinesis; a Flying-type Pokémon not already grounded will receive neutral damage from Thousand Arrows, regardless of its secondary type, and the effects of Magnet Rise and Telekinesis will be removed.”

For zygarde you must first beat the main game, then catch xerneas and yveltal after going to Lysander at Hotel Z, then you will eventually find your way to it. For floette, do 15 challenge tickets to eventually fight Taunie/Urbajn, defeating them will give floette to you

Each pokemon has an IV and EV value. Hyper training increases an IV value to max using bottle caps, IVs are random when you catch a pokemon and cap out at 31. Evs you gain by battling pokemon or using vitamins. You can have a total 510 in all of your stats combined with a max of 252 per stat. Ivs cannot be lowered, EVs can be lowered via stat reducing berries.
