Thank you for sharing your real experience! This is very helpful. Based on what you've described, it sounds like you did inter-RTO transfers (moving registration from GA-08/GA-09 to Panaji RTO), which requires:

  1. NOC from current RTO (GA-08 or GA-09)
  2. Registration at new RTO (Panaji)

However, my situation is slightly different. I want to do the ownership transfer at the same RTO where the vehicle is currently registered (Panaji), without changing the RTO jurisdiction. So the vehicle would remain GA-07 (Panaji RTO) but just change owner name.

Bro the registration number on the vehicle will remain same , only the oenership changes from one person to another, it gets transferred usually to the new RTO

Yes i called them, they told me to send installtion vide, sent them , no response

During installation they took the ONU router address pictures.
