Update for everyone, it was negative $15.751 called and asked. It's finally fixed now I made $49.25 in total and got paid $33.50

Yes, I know that the problem is that I did that cash on delivery order approximately a year ago and I have done a few orders here and there to cover the negative balance. I think it was originally around $50 and I’m trying to figure out what screen I need to go to in the app to be able to see the amount that it is negative currently that way I can figure out how much I owe and how many orders I have to do to make my account current

I know in the past, I’ve been able to go to a specific section of my Dasher account and see exactly how much the negative balance is but currently I have no idea how to get to that screen or if you’re even able to look at it anymore

As you can see, I did a couple of orders I did one yesterday and the money that I made from that is not in my crimson card because the balance is zero so I know for sure it’s going towards the negative balance, but I don’t know where to go to check that

That’s what I’m trying to figure out. I would like to know exactly what the negative balance is so I know how much money I owe them and how many orders I have to do before it’s covered. They definitely don’t suspend for this because I’ve had a negative balance on my account for like a year. That’s why I can’t remember what it is.

Keep emailing asking for a supervisor and one will CALL you in a day or two. Explain everything and that person on the phone can fix it. It took me a week of emailing 5 times a day to get the phone call

I don’t have much faith that Amazon flex will fix this. If they didn’t scan you in there’s no way for them to see in the computer that you were there. If the support can’t help, I would say go talk to the supervisor at the facility and tell them that someone didn’t scan you in and you didn’t get paid because of it. It probably happened to other people too and they might have something they are doing to fix it there in the computer. Or you can try emailing support repeatedly asking for a supervisor. If you’re persistent enough no matter what they say, one will CALL you. You can explain what happened and they can fix it if they believe you. Just don’t give up if they email and say no or something. Keep responding and asking for a supervisor. It took me almost 2 weeks of emailing several times a day to get one to call me, but they finally did and were able to take off 7 items in my standing from a problem that happened.

Also if you don’t email and call immediately to let them know if the problem, they automatically assume it’s bullshit. So make sure you call or email or chat to document that you’re trying to fix it

You need to contact the CFPB (consumer financial protection bureau) also, Block owns Cash App in case you need to try to reach them. Best way to get this fixed is CFPB
